The mission of OSU Extension is to utilize researched based information to conduct educational activities for the agriculture community.The Ohio Maple Blog is dedicated to providing research-based information for Ohio Maple Syrup Producers in the Production and marketing of maple products.This blog is maintained by Les Ober, Extension Program Assistant and Maple Syrup Program Coordinator for Ohio State University Extension in Northeast Ohio. Les is located in Geauga County and also helps to provide Agriculture & Natural Resources Education for the Western Reserve Extension Education & Research Area (EERA).
